Osiris Licensing recently completed an application for a new premises licence for Verdes, a delicatessan, coffee shop and restaurant in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
The licence allows the owners to sell their range of locally produced alcoholic drinks, both in the deli and in the basement area (picture below) and was granted in time for the run-up to Christmas.
